Still catching up with the vids Dave, watched all over the last year or so including the lockdown and hope you do the next book as you have said you may. I’ve got to be honest though I didn’t like the addition of the music personally, nothing to do with the type of music if it is your son but I have always enjoyed the quiet pauses in your vids as you are thinking or looking across the lakes and we can hear the wind, the planes or the water lapping on the bank. Great vid as always though, quality to watch.

Hi Dave, great video. In case you were wondering, some meat companies pump sealed packaging with oxygen as it gives the meat a better, more deeper colour. Explains why it went right up!
