Laney VC15 110 Bias set using Laney's specified method

On the service PDF Laney sent me, there was a pop-up box, which only appeared when you hovered over a question mark in the electronic version. This specified the bias voltage (-11.5v) to be measured across R48 and R49 (though I think R49 is an error and it should have been R59). So here I set the bias using this method, then measure the results using my preferred method to gauge the result.
And yes, my videos aren't improving with time, still as messy as always!
