Fire controls strait cut feature lets you define cut direction and length instead of manually controlling and jogging.

I use the fire control straight line feature also. can set ipm and thc also works with straight line feature. Still i did not know you can do that the way beck does.

I just use a 65 amp hf and a separate table to cut mine. Use a piece of angle as a straight edge and a 4 t setting. Works great for expanded too, just up pilot arc time.

I've been trying to find out what would be better...my computer I use for my design work is a decently high end desktop. would I be able to run this machine from that pc via cable with the pc being in another room or would I be better off just buying a laptop just for this plasma table and just load files with a jump drive or whatever....

You should be able to run it with an extended cable. It's for sure worth a try.

why don't you do the recommended modification to your Razorweld machine? Looks like it cuts fine other then that

I have the same issue with my razor weld. It doesn't cut for longer than 3 seconds though and I already sent it back to razorweld then selves and had it warrantied and it still does the same thing

One of my problems at first was I forgot the ground clamp. Every now and again that happens. Now that's the first thing I check. Also the plunger in my torch was sticking and causing all kinds of problems. I'll try and do a video on that in the future.

A question for you on your thoughts regarding running the plasma at 45 amps and cutting at higher rates vrs lower amps at slower rates and consumables......how much cutting gets done (actual inches) at higher amps vrs lower amps? The reason I ask is it might seem like you are going through consumables faster but you might be getting the same amount of cutting done ( if that makes sense). I am not sure if that’s the case but would really be interested in knowing

well I just got an e-mail 30 minutes ago that my fine cut consumables have shown up. Not even sure if they are going to work or not. Once I figure that out I'll do a video on it. I almost never run at 45ams any more. I'm normally between 35 and 40. with the fine cut I'll prolly be between 25 and 30.

I have the standard table with Mach 3. I just line up the material, hit F5 and jog the cut. Simple. I will try this if I upgrade to the pro and the new software.

Fire control also has a cool straight line cut features that I started playing with after Isaiah Miles said something in the comment section. I'm going to do a video on that features soon. It's pretty cool.

It's and Asus with the Ryzan 7 processor. It cost me around 1300.00 It works really well.

You should come up with a holder to quickly swap in and out the torch for a line level or just a line level at the opposite end.

I got a 24 x24 shop and am a self made fix it guy looking to do more and I'm always making something but dumb when it comes to computer stuff .do you think that table is a good fit for me
