LANGRISSER M | Faction Buffs | WHAT, WHERE & WHY?!

Do note that the "significant boost to your faction" is a: +20% ATK/INT/DEF and +30%MDEF buff Some characters have additional buffs on top of that, such as Bernhardt that you showed also gives that additional +20% against disadvantaged troops (see weapon triangle). Some characters have no additional buffs to add to the base faction buff. Those characters with said faction buffs are the less than ideal choices to use, but work if you have nothing else. Another example is Luna having the best faction buff bonus, which is after battle they deal an additional -15% damage based off of the enemies remaining HP. This is fixed damage that bypasses any DEF or MDEF. So boosting an AoE attacker, like Lana (who's the best AoE attacker in the game) makes her even more devastating getting all those buffs. Note that most people should go with Origin as their first faction party unless you get some good pulls to let you focus on a different faction. You, as a new player, should not be raising more than 7-8 characters. After level 35, you won't have the exp potions to keep your troops leveled if you raise more than that and do note that a faction buff is REQUIERED after level 35. Without it, you will be dealing almost no damage to most enemies. Extra note, the most popular faction, the Princess faction (because it is where all the waifu's are at), is the hardest faction to start with. This is in part for the fact that all the core characters that you'd want to use in said faction are almost all SSR's, so you need god level luck if you're F2P. On top of which, the Princess characters are almost all late bloomers (especially Luna and Lana), meaning that they do not shine until vast amounts of resources and equipment are pumped into them, making this faction struggle early and mid game. However, it is considered one of, if not the most powerful faction late game (once raised up).

Currently planning Ledin/Bernhardt combo team with Light/Empire factions. While I have no Leon yet, Sonia should fill his shoes somewhat. Think I may have the Queen go full support (Mass Attack, Troop Regen, and Mass Heal) though she does get some nice offensive spells and Mass Attack may prove superfluous once Faction Buffs go live.

Luna has a princess league faction buff, wasn't sure what it was at first until I saw the little icon. Unfortunately I got no other faction members lol.

When you unlock other branches with rune stones, you also get the stat buffs from getting those new class unlocks, so your character also gets stronger as far as base stats. If you really want to fully max out a character you would unlock all his classes but that would take up like 2 months of rune stones to do.

I mean, I'm dedicated to my unit, so whatever. Slightly off topic, but generally speaking, for non SSRs, do you think I should upgrade the "main" path all the way, get the "side classes" and switch back to main class? I know it's expensive, but I really want a few super powerful units.

@@thotslayer6946 it depends on the hero, some heroes get all their best skills in just one path of their skill tree so they get minimal benefits from branching out. Other heroes have great skills scattered through several branches so they do benefit a great deal from branching out.

@@Jasta85 now that you say it, and I was browsing around, Freya only gets mDEF and INT from her "side classes", so I see your point. Bernhardt on the other hand, gets (can't remember what they're called) lancer golems from one tree and skeleton knights and faction buff from another tree, but, I definitely do want a unicorn knight, just don't know who to put it on.

One thing that I still couldn't find any info about. I know you can't have 2 buffs from different factions at once, but can you have 2 empire faction buffs at the same time? For example Bernh and Leon buffs.

Regular buffs don’t stack with faction buffs just in case you were wondering.

There is no "BEST" healer , each healer have their specific skill for the specific stage . And it also depends how to build ur char with gears, Example my Crish apart of her healing skill she can heal 2 times more , 1 extra for each time atk and 1 to 2 ppls who stand near me when she end turn , really OP =P EDIT: of course I'm lvl max lvl in chinese server

faction buffs are sometimes in the end class as a skill once you unlock it. Not all characters have them.

Lance have faction buff too you know, and many R heroes are on the same faction. With that buff a team of R heroes with the same faction will have better stats than a team full of SSR without the buff.

@@kateshungi8945 epic seven is a popular mobile game alot of people complain becouse they are unable to max out all their heros cause of a item called Mora goras that is hard to get you can get 3 a week only so if they are giving us 2runes a month or so then people will complaIn cause runes are important and people can't wait for a month to get more they will start complaining that they can't max their heroes. .

@@LcieKJ 2 runes a month = 1 max character per month. In e7 to upgrade skills you need at least 4 month per character. So more than a year to just finish one team which is way more time than 99% of gachas out there. Also here different sub-classes pretty much just give you more options (skills) to choose from when in e7 it's literally +40-50% damage which is more than any equipment upgrade will give you.

Domi and Charlotte already with max moragola the prblm with epic seven is that alot of mologaras are wasted on units that you think you will use but end up not using because new heroes drop that look more OP thats the players prblm and not the game stick with the same characters and u will see im sitting in 8 moras right now waiting for merchant.... People need to take it slow.
