Very interesting discussion. I would like to hear more from Robert Philipson about the Irish language. He only mentioned it once and then it was to say he'd rather leave it out of the debate?

I really struggle to understand Abraham when he said “people make rational choice in learning a language,” with English included. I found myself asking, with the hegemony of English in the contemporary world, is there a room for people to choose? Can starving people choose what to eat? 🤔
