BTW dont sleep on the cargo it produces, even though your buisnesses like weed farm etc need to be active for it to works it produces a lot of pretty much free money btw nice choice of nightclubs, i like both prefer the vespucci beach one since it has a cool location

Nightclubs don't make any money unless you already have businesses. Also, every single nightclub's interior is exactly the same. Don't bother with promotion missions, just replace your dj a couple times and it will fill your popularity meter.
