I hear this on the anniversary of my mother’s passing. She lost her battle with cancer 4 years ago, today. The pain of losing her never really goes away. She was a beam of light in my life and definitely lead me through some dark times. This is a beautiful song and I love the toned-down version, just your emotion-filled voice and the piano. Thank you for sharing your talent with us all.
