Hum peaks & pine resort mai ruke the, its nice but rates are on higher side. vaha pe or bhi resorts hai jo aap online check kar sakte hai otherwise you will get budget hotels in main market area also.

Najibabad se app Kotdwar jaao which is arrd 25KM(You will get Bus, Shared Taxi) and from Kotdwar you will get direct Bus, Tracker to Lansdowne.
