When DotA2 was announced, majority of Eu and US scenes have shifted to DotA2. Meanwhile in China, and SEA still runs DotA1 Tournaments such as G-1 Leagues and SMM. Chinese got into DotA2 way late. While Na'Vi has dominated EU scene the entire time, there is no surprise for the first TI. Second of all, the crowd goes wild for big plays, for any team. However, more were cheering for Na'Vi, because this was held in U.S. If you watch any sports, you'd know home team gets the biggest cheers.

The last part was not entirely serious; it was just pointing out that despite iG winning there was nothing but NaVi clips. It just cuts from "OMG NaVi just won a teamfight!" to the award ceremony, which is incredibly jarring if not confusing. Both teams had their show of sportsmanship in the award ceremony, which certainly adds to any confusion.

They certainly had the most exciting plays, so it's not unusual for them to be highlighted. iG played an excellent and intelligent game and they deserve the championship 100%, but Na`Vi just had the more chilling moments.

Navi had the world by surprise in Ti1. The picks, and they beat the Chinese Giants. In Ti2, they sunk down in bottom and climbed to the top at the very least. They the crowds' favorites, none the less. See how the whole crowd goes wild when they do a great play? They go nuts and it's only this guys that can have that impact to the crowd.

Actually, the next IRL scene was the two teams hugging, complimenting each other, and shaking hands, which is pretty neutral in terms of who won.

Just cause you win something doesn't mean you were the best. Also if you see at the end of the video is this guy who holds the shield up in the air, and he is not wearing Yellow clothes, so he is not from Na'Vi , but the second clip was by far the best execution that took place in TI 2.

It means that NaVi played inferior dota. In 6 games, iG bested NaVi. The best Dota is the kind that wins you the game, not the kind that looks pretty. I didn't say it too seriously, as the point was that almost all the clips were of NaVi, but the award ceremony was pretty confusing as well. Both teams ran over, Puppey hugged ferrari, and Chuan shared the aegis with NaVi.

NaVi did not play the best Dota at TI2. That's why they don't have the first place. They had a unique strategy that surprised iG, but iG in the finals showed that it won't happen again, and that they have their own unique strategies which caught NaVi off guard. On the video, I do think it's a bit too NaVi biased. I mean, it doesn't even have the moment when iG won. If someone watched this video without prior information, they would've thought that NaVi were the ones who won.

If you won the biggest tournament of the year with 1 million dollar prize on the line, you are the best. No excuse for losers, you can't imagine Na'Vi not bringing their best when they could have secured 1 million dollar prize could you? iG was the best in DotA1, now they are the best in DotA2. When you win so consistently, it means you are the best. Look where Na'Vi is at now.

Well, that was a fanboy comment. Did you even watch the finals? It had nothing to do with luck. You can that iG had a planned strategy, letting NaVi have the at-the-time top-pick NP similar to what NaVi did before, which panned out, which was then countered by NaVi, and then iG pulled out their surprise disruptor pick, and then their surprise KotL pick. Whether or not something is entertaining is subjective, but in any case, it's irrelevent. The best dota is the one that breaks the ancient.

Well, this video is maybe a NaVi biased, and things that u said in first paragraph are true. But, you can`t deny that NaVi plays indeed were the highlight of tournament, even with IG dominating the finals. Your second paragraph is really silly, NaVi actually won that game, if you are referring to last bit of video, and if you are not, then your statement is plain dumb. You can actually see Gabel giving Aegis to team IG, with huge China flag in background.

...But why did NaVi lose to iG three times in the finals? Or twice in the group stages? The match record between iG and NaVi in TI2 is 6-3; Since NaVi is so much better, then why did they lose twice as much to them? If iG are so predictable, then why did NaVi fail to beat them in the finals? Only nobrainers assume that winning one best-of-three makes you better when you lost in a best-of-five. In the finals, iG tricked NaVi into picking NP, had a surprise disrupter pick, and then a surprise KOTL

Also "When you win so consistently, it means you are the best" Na'Vi has a higher win % than iG. Worth mentioning Na'Vi prepared 10 days for TI 2 while iG 3 months but there is no point arguing over spilled milk , iG are the champions , but that doesn't mean that they pulled the best moves in the competition.
