Hotteok is available in Seoul and likely any street market. There is a place in Seoul that has apparently the best Hotteok in the city so much that locals line up for it. The most popular is brown sugar, but I prefer the red bean which my Mom made growing up :).

I don't know why that's coming up, I just chose stock music for temples on a different site and KZbin has decided it's Chinese 🙈
