LANZAROTE Costa Teguise, what’s it like?

We stop off to see what our first impressions are of another popular holiday destination in Lanzarote.

Lived close by for few years …loved it and the atmosphere

Stayed in Costa Teguise 3 times brilliant place,the square were you was is so vibrant and the atmosphere at night is fantastic,bars and restaurants are so good and well worth a visit at night.Trying Puerto del Carmen this april and back to Costa Teguise in September for 11 days and back to Puerto del Carmen for Christmas. We stay in the Sands beach resort and we love it here. A lovely quiet place to stay.

We heard there’s a mega storm over uk and Ireland now… always a concern hope our little cottage is ok … once turned back home one March all new fences blown out so heartbreaking I’d just painted them all before we’d left!

Stayed there last winter for 3 months, it was ok, not a lot to do there, ok for a week or two. Not a lively resort, even though we are retired we still like a bit of life!

Costa teguise is lovely but we have always found it's cooler there than in Puerto del carmen.

Only been to CT the once. Had a good holiday but found it to be too spread out, too breezy, plus I missed the buzz of PDC. However when comparing it to Kevin’s recent vlogs of Gran Canaria, CT is paradise😂😂😂

Oh god I know re GC not just us then who feel like that.. we just cancelled our hol to GC last week 😳. For next winter … just don’t feel the love for that island at all… but that’s just our personal feeling… PDC we love …looking forward to Playa Blanca on Wednesday x

Stayed in Costa teguise a few times but definatly prefare PDC, we were in Costa teguise in july and took the bus into PDC , which has inspired us to book PDC for 2wks in march 🎉

Another gorgeous day in lanzorote , costa teguise has changed since we last went, Mark looks gagging for a pint, we've just watched 4 in a bed with a campsite in the gower peninsula, three cliffs, it looks quiet nice 🙂🌞👍

Coming out in feb costa teguies is always quiet in the day ,the square at night is packed,realtnice atmosphere, people tend to use the sea in the day chill by the bars on the promenade,Then go out in the evening,And you'll find it hard to beat the SHAMROCK ☘️ BAR for food, homemade best fish and chipsgo into the small shops usually aisan run for the best cash rates 🇬🇧, don't moan about it being quiet,Thats why we love it very relaxed,And if you take a dip in the bay you can see to the bottom with fish swimming round you ❤

CT is fantastic has some of the best restaurants on the island. Traditional Cañarían, seafood tapas plus lots of international cuisine. You went to the wrong tapas 😂

We have been very busy last few weeks had friends over so doing lots and eating out… then we’ve had the car for 3 days so chilling now for few days off to PB on Wednesday x

I like Costa Teguise for a day trip. We went on the bus from PDC. We have a Chase card. Do you use yours for withdrawing cash from ATMs? In Tenerife there is no extra charge at Banca March ATMs. Don't know if it's the same in Lanzarote. Loving your vlogs as usual. ❤

We never use atms abroad just use card and we take a little cash should we need any.. not heard that’s it’s free withdrawal just that they charge so unsure on that x

Visit arrecife hotel, the only high rise. There used to be a love cafe at the top that did delicious coffee and cake very reasonably priced with incredible views

We almost went but Mark didn’t fancy driving into Arrecife so we by passed it maybe will go on the bus … our friends went so it’ll be good to hear about it from them later today x

You only looked at half of Costa Teguise . Did you walk along the beach to the other end - great restaurants. Yes it is more laid back and not as crowded

Great video, know the chinese your talking about it is very pricey and to big a restaurant to be intimate, costa teguise we have been to so thanks for the re cap of it but will stick with PDC. uz two look really tired in this one, blowing a gale here my polytunnel is destroyed....

You do 😂 didn’t like to say but food there was terrible and it was the one in PDC that wanted €36 each just cause it was New Year’s Eve instead of €16.99 should have learnt lesson then…oh no I hope our polytunnel is ok at home 😮 I have a big sty on my eye can’t wear make up 😳

You wanted tapas but went to a chinese buffet!! If you'd just carried on up the seafront past the grand teguise playa you'd have hit Playa Bastian which has the Los Amigos pool bar that serves delicious tapas. Or failing that you Big Bobs (or Big Boobs as you called it!) is an American style diner which does delicious food during the day. Its a really spread outvresort so you only scratched the surface there.

Must of been busy judy I've never seen you bump into so many people on one vlog.i think this island suits a certain age demographic..have you been to gran canaries, ace pet ventura,las palmas.i think theres 9 islands plus cape verde another 1000 miles away.

We stayed at grande Teguise playa, more like a saga holiday and food awful. Prefer playa blanca resort it’s more up market.
