There must be so many such poor families in Laos. I can almost understand the feelings of the young lady who could not even smile despite you gave them money and food after the long interviews. There was even that embarrassing situation for her when your girlfriend took her hand and said-translated they wanted you to take her also to China, but you started to laugh. So she quickly took her hand away. Sure she felt embarrassed. Please more sensitive to what they might be feeling. After they eat up all what you gave them they fall into the same hunger and poverty as before...
