In this video we will talk about how to stop trying too hard from the philosophy of Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher who is known to be the founder of Taoism and the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching.
So with that in mind, here are 6 ways to stop trying too hard from the wisdom of Lao Tzu -
01. Practice the art of non doing
02. Balance your Yin and Yang energy
03. Embrace the void
04. Let Go of Attachments
05. Practice simplicity
06. Spend time in nature
We hope you enjoyed watching the video and hope this video, from the philosophy of Lao Tzu, helps you to stop trying too hard.
Taoism is a Chinese philosophy attributed to Lao Tzu which contributed to the folk religion of the people primarily in the rural areas of China and became the official religion of the country under the Tang Dynasty. Taoism is therefore both a philosophy and a religion. Taoism teaches to embrace wonder and the joy in living gracefully with style. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer who is known to be the founder of Taoism. He is also credited as the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching and his words can apply to people all over the world.

Interesting to know we strive to control an outcome because our expectations are too attached to said outcome.

There needs to be a balance. You need to go about your business with the usual effort and hard work. However, once this work or business is completed you need to let go of trying to control the outcome or try to keep effecting the outcome with force. Let us take an example. You go on a date with a person that you like. During the date they start to feel that they may like you too but do not show it because they are shy. You then keep trying to find out if they like you in the same way but they start becoming uncomfortable by your insecurity of "needing confirmation". At the end of the day that person is displeased with your behavior and chooses not to go an another date. If you had not tried so hard and let things follow the natural course, they would have gone on another date as they did like you at the start. However, because you made them fell uncomfortable because you needed to calm your own insecurities by having to know if they liked you, you have pushed them away.

But you must learn very hard to really understand nature such as pragmatic thinking, so Lao Tzu is beyond wise & intelligence person or very inspiring & sophisticated troll
