Sure, from Vegan Reunion the salad is "laab" or "larb" and it was a red curry roasted tofu/duck soup - from White Lotus: khao jee pâté. As for the buffet, I didn't get any of the names there was so much food coming and going! Hope this helps a bit though and you get to cook some of these up at home!

No 7-11 in Laos unfortunately.

Cash at most places using Lao kip and many places will take USD too. I've got another video coming up on these topics that should help out. Make sure you check your sub box in the coming days 🙂
