@@JOEMDMD I know. I had just viewed an older video they made for a Szechuan dish and was extremely impressed, so I looked for their most recent video and complimented them there. I thought they might miss it if I posted it on a very old video. Some authors bypass older videos because they have so much work just keeping up with the more recent ones.

It’s a great dish from the province of Hunan, usually had during the Spring Festival.
