Yes there is Cable Cars available and you have to walk a little bit to reach Laojun temple from cable car station, But this Season is Full of Snow in there & Scenery Is Best but have to Care your Parent because of 2216M High Altitude cold,

yes 100% allowed, but ticket Cost is 2% High for foreigners ( cost is Cheap )
