I wanted this lens, then got an Olympus OM 24mm f/2.8 with speed booster (making it roughly work as a 17mm f/2) and couldn't be happier :) And I can use it on my film camera too, of course. Thanks for the review Albert!

@@AlbertFasth You're right, the Sigma is big and heavy. I keep going back and forth with the Laowa 17mm. I think for the price it's a no brainer!

Nicely done. When looking at this Laowa 17mm and looking at the Olympus Pro 17mm that you previously reviewed, how would you describe the differences in a character type of way? Clearly they are not even the same animal, but I thought you might have an overall organic feelings?

Albert Fasth okay thank you. I’m familiar with sigma 60 f2.8 macro. Was thinking of getting that one. But it seems that 30mm is easier to handle.
