Hey, nice! The elevation has the be the same, but the back to back hills on the reverse direction just make it feel tougher in my head haha

Got to say, you are one of the most composed, balanced, almost relaxed at times, bike racers I have seen; even when it's obvious you're hurtin', you're still able to maintain your technique. Really enjoy your videos too ;)

Yeah, I kept my RPMs low to try to compensate for the high HR, but it was too late 😅

😂🤣😂 I said I forgot to turn on “Sauce for Zwift”. It’s an app that has layovers that share draft %, live average power, and other details that aren’t shared on the Zwift display. I don’t think hot sauce would’ve helped my performance here, unfortunately 😂
