What's crazy is women don't require the same thing in their lesbian relationship that they do in male/female relationships.
@curtishancock4322 күн бұрын
They actually do. There is a article in the guardian of butch lesbians complaining about this😂😂😂
@thespadestableКүн бұрын
@nRODuTRUST - The complaints in those relationships are on the same level as the straight ones. The same "give me-give me-give me" they do to men; is the same thing they do to the butch. Worked at a place where there were a few butches, and somehow the short period of time I was there, I became 3 of their Wise O.G.. And as I tried to explain to them the dynamics that was taking place, and how they needed to position themselves to take better control of what was taking play, it was nothing more than me talking to a woman, who just happened to be sexually attracted to women, because they would walk away lost and bewildered worrying more about their feelings than they were about being the man those women were seeking to provide structure.
@TheRealLeonardWashington2 күн бұрын
I agree 100% Amira. A woman leading with any of her accomplishments (Career, degree and etc) is a very masculine trait and it does 0 for a man that knows his worth and knows what he wants in a woman. We could care less because that never determines how you will be as a wife/mother
@thespadestableКүн бұрын
@TheRealLeonardWashington - That's not a masculine trait; that's a trait of insecurity. More times than not, once you move the conversation away from their degree, their college years, their incomes, and all the other huff and puff, you quickly learn there is nothing much about them to really nature a dating situation besides sex. They know it, and they are hoping the guy they are conversing with doesn't find out, find fault in them, and eventually move on to someone else.
@TheRealLeonardWashington20 сағат бұрын
@ both things can be true. The point Amira made is that women never lead with their accomplishments. There’s nothing feminine about it whatsoever
@thespadestable19 сағат бұрын
@ - It's a touchy topic for both genders. And the problem I've had since hosting Men and Women forums dating back to the middle 90's is to not make one of your first 5 personal face to face interaction questions be about where a person work does, what college they went to, and what does the person do for a living, and always got tons of backlash. I'd stopped hosting them in 2018, but a Zoom forum I attended in 2023, and when broached the topic, everyone on the panel, to include the host who was a Millennial male, gave me push back as to why they thought that was unrealistic and was needed as an upfront vetting question. Trust me, this is not a woman thing.
@TheRealLeonardWashington18 сағат бұрын
@@thespadestable women care way more about a man’s accomplishments than vice versa so I wholeheartedly disagree. Most men are not going into dating asking women what they do for a living as the top priority question. Women on the other hand are the complete opposite. Reason being is the fact that most of them are looking for providers as the top priority. Most women (not all), when asked what they’re looking for in a man, lead with a man that can provide. Protector might be second but in most cases provision is at the top. Men on the other hand are searching for peace. They don’t need women to be providers and they can care less about their degrees/accomplishments. None of that dictates how a woman would be as a wife. But most women will tell you that the ability to provide 100% dictates how a man will be as a husband/leader

To play devil's advocate, I think some high earning men make women pay half so that they have skin in the game. Rather than the man pay it all, she saves her salary for herself, they divorce, now she's up up. Some women literally admit to making escape plans whilst in a relationship
@dicerevoКүн бұрын
We also do not know the financial situation of the guy. His income is not the same as net worth. He may have just bought a home, invested assets for their future, covering medical costs and goods for the baby. Meanwhile she’s just paying 50% of the bills. So it looks “50/50” but the man is actually spending much more. The whole 50/50 discussion is a discussion for the financially illiterate.

Lol not a popular option, but you can't be a lawyer and be a mom to Kids under 15, you can't be a mom And be a judge. Men should do what Daryn has aspired to do. Work toward your wife being home with the kids as they are young... Or just don't have kids.… cuz in my opinion you will not be a mom. Someone else is raising your kids. You can pay for people to raise your kids.…if you both are working, but it's my opinion for a mom to be a mom, and a husband to be a provider. (((Until they get older.… )))then go after your career. Have it all but not at the same time 😊
