A super soft vegan brioche recipe with a wonderful taste and a slender crumb!
Ingredients for a beautiful vegan brioche:
500 g T55 flour
80 g blond sugar
4 g salt
200 ml coconut milk 17 % MG
40 ml light vegetable milk (oats, soya...)
100 g compote without added sugar
1 sachet baker's yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
70 g margarine at room temperature (very firm when cold)
A little vegetable milk for the gilding
Optional: orange blossom (removing some liquid) or liquid vanilla
Choice of filling: chocolate chips, grapes, candied fruit....
