Hi, me again 😂 as the trip approaches, could I ask Some questions, TUI, can’t confirm the itinerary until 2 days before? Did this happen to you? I would love to book the snowmobile and reindeer trip that you’ve done it looked amazing but to scared as I don’t want to miss any trips that TUI have done. @@kellygoldthopre7848 hiya, yeah we had that issue with TUI. We were on a Lapland group on Facebook and someone shared their itinerary from the same hotel so we took a chance it would be the same. It was for us but for our friends they ended up missing something because we had snowmobiling booked. We booked with the local tourist board and I can’t remember how much it was, sorry! Have a great trip.

Have a wonderful time! I wish we were doing it all again this year. We didn’t book our snowmobiling very far in advance (just a few weeks). It is worth checking now and I also think once you get there there should be lots of availability too. Enjoy your trip!

Can I ask some questions pls…Was the hotel food good for kids? My boy is quite fussy. Also does Levi have lots of shops which sell typical kid snacks? I want to ensure he doesn’t go hungry 😋 thanks so much!

@@Mystic_fright81 ask as many questions as you like! I really struggled to find stuff before we went so I’m so pleased this is helping people. The food was actually good. From some of the reviews I was a bit worried but always chips/salad bits/chicken nuggets/pizza stuff available as well as a few more out there things! My children are the fussiest and they ate fine. There are a few little supermarket type shops which sell all the usual snacky things too so you definitely won’t go hungry.

This I imagine was a very useful synopsis of how to travel to Finland for a magical family holiday. I am Finnish and used to go up North for Xmas often in my childhood. It's only through accounts like yours that I understand how magical it can be to those not used to it. We grow up in this culture in which an actual Santa Clause (typically a volunteer for a charity) visits our homes every Xmas and talks with the kids and distributes the gifts. I don't know if they provide such services for Xmas in Finnish resorts. Something to enquire into...

Until I was 9 and saw Santa arrive on an orange Wartburg 🤣🤣🤣 My youngest nephew is 11 and I made a mistake of signing his gifst with my name instead of the normal 'Santa Clause' this year. Luckily, given his brother is 15, he had already understood since last year where his gifts came from...

You mentioned that the food was ok for gluten free how good was it and do you think it would suitable for a child whos just been diagnosed with celiac with plenty on option this is our worry now with planning trips away.

@@W211Gaming my husband has coeliacs too and he had plenty to eat. I think it probably depends on how fussy the child is but if they will eat most GF things then should be fine!
