Honestly, I was having the exact same thoughts as Polka warching this live, it _does_ resemble the Yuru Yuri uniform, which has a shirt over a dress. I've always thought that was a pretty unique design.

"pig tails" is the English term generally used to translate the Japenese "twin tails". By the way, Laplus called them "Usagi" something, so some kind of "bunny ears" I guess. There are so many variations that it seems inadequate to use the broad generalization of "twintails or pig tails". If you want to be be specific to Iroha's hair style in this video just call them "low slung loose braids" or something.
