Can I get answers to the questions below? I would like to know why the clay is fed at such a high rate. I would like to know why high-speed stirring, leaving, low-speed stirring, and leaving are performed in the order. I would like to know why the viscosity was high at first and then decreased when left unattended. I would like to know about the types of clay (smectite, kaolin, etc.). Is the clay in an exfoiled state after the dispersion is over?

Dear yc y, thanks for your questions. Here are the requested answers: 1. In our experience, a certain shear rate is required to ensure that the clay is properly incorporated and activated. 2. The clay needs time to be activated, therefore the viscosity is higher in the first step. 3. The clay type is smectite. 4. We recommend to process the clay dispersion after 24 hours, then it is guaranteed that it is defoamed.

Kindly can you answer my question: in the case of MCp if the viscosity lost it self after 24 hour the whole solution of different shades will cloide so how can I confirm the good consistency I long storage knowing that I'm using you product only laponite and optigel wx as collateral solution
