Well this was new! Despite running a few long distance events over the years, this was my first lapped ultra. The format is simple...
Complete a 4.16 mile lap every hour.. until you either can't go on or don't finish in time! 59 runners, 1 winner.
Brilliant organisation (Greener Miles Running), excellent support and a wonderful bunch of runners! I can think of worse ways to spend an afternoon!
