I had an old cooling pad with two fans for my toshiba. Recently I switched to ASUS tuf. Looking at its bottom I realised that cooling pad will be useless. So I bought an aluminium stand like what you have shown. Now I place the lap on aluminium stand which again is kept on top of my old cooling pad 😜. Only logic behind doing so is to cool down the air at the bottom of the stand which the laptop sucks in 😂. I guess it works as I could observe an average of around 5 degrees drop in cpu temperature compared to when lap is simply kept on the aluminium stand.😅

@@TechCatalyst3050 Placing directly on table, I found average cpu temperature were in the range of 85+ with peaks hitting 93 frequently . While placing on stand I could observe on an average around 78-80 with peaks hitting 92, but not that frequently. Keeping stand on cooling pad, I found average to be around 73-75 with peaks hitting 90 (but very rarely) and minimum falling upto 65. I run simulations which go on for many hours, not games though.

I thought of this because i had my lap top on a flat surface , like the table top and it got to 95c. Majority of cooling pads in the market work the same way. Just make sure to buy a cooling pad that blows air on to your laptop's base instead of sucking air. If you are not sure and don't want to experiment then u can definitely go with a laptop stand, in my case the laptop stand worked better than a cooling pad. Or u can go for an expensive cooling pad like KLIM Mistral if your budget allows you to.

Guys please listen cooling pads works, they are not useless you just need a good cooling pad and good doesn't means you need to pay 5 thousand even under 2000 and 1500 you will get the ideal cooling pad but some cheap most in under the 1000 budget don't have good rpm fans so they don't work. In conclusion cooling pads works.

Cooling pads do work, I tested both cooling pad & laptop stand & i explained the reason why laptop stand is better than low - mid range cooling pads. I bought the cooling pad for ₹2300 it's fan rpms were also good but still the laptop stand outperformed the cooling pad.

Trust me bro dont buy a cooling pad becuase its a dust collector and will only collect dust in your laptop fans i have a legion its not even a month i bought the cooling pad and my fans have a lot of dust i would recommend any day a laptop stand you can check doubled layer amazon basic aluminium laptop stand cause it gives you more height so there is almost no dust and also better cooling than a cooling pad itself also if u have a lot of money then go for kilm misteral or the same design as it has but keep in mind it may cost you even 10k and also dont go for any normal cooling pad only consider laptop stand its better

The difference b/w a cooling pad & laptop stand won't be much in terms of laptop cooling, Laptop stand is always cheap & best, even if u get a better cooling pad compatible with your laptop, the cooling difference b/w both of them would be 4-5°C, so Laptop stand is always a better option.

If you have any kind of vents on the bottom of the laptop, then a laptop stand will perform better than a cooling pad. As the cooling pad has mesh which partly blocks the laptop's bottom vents.

Yes it may be a matter of heating issue. For a gaming laptop you should buy a laptop stand or a cooling pad, I'll suggest you to go with a laptop stand because it doesn't block the intake vents of the laptop, it will resolve your heating issue. Use fps caps for better thermals and smoother gameplay here's a guide on how to enable the fps cap :- Go for 60 or 70 fps after applying optimization settings on your game :- Go to NVIDIA control panel < Manage 3D settings < Program settings < Select a program to customize < (Select your game) < Scroll down to Max Frame Rate and set it to 60 or 70 Fps. It is normal, fps drops after thermal throttling is normal, it is a safety measure used by the manufacturers in order to increase the laptops life span, to stop thermal throttling either you make sure for a good cooling method or lower your graphics settings.

Download MSI Afterburner & Riva Tuner with it, then monitor the Thermals, CPU, GPU & Ram usage if any of those bottlenecks or temperature goes above 90°C & doesn't drop or fluctuate at 90°C even after elevating the laptop then take your laptop to the service centre and ask them to inspect your laptop for problems. Update your GPU & CPU drivers too that might help if it doesn't then take it to the service centre.

Brother you have to experiment your laptop with different cooling pads in order to get a compatible one. As for laptop stand u can definitely go with it without any confusion. Or if you have a higher budget, go with KLIM Mistral cooling pad.

Yes, Asus gaming laptops are known for their peak performance delivery but it also comes with a price of overheating, that's why i made this video in order to overcome that. Don't worry, my laptop's CPU & GPU temps don't go above 80°C

Thank you for the review regarding the KZbin subtitling issue, I'll try to work on that. The reason for the Hindi audio is that here in India, the majority of the population speaks Hindi and as a new youtuber I'm still learning about the working mechanism of KZbin & the audience that will watch my videos so that's why I decided to go for hindi audio.
