I do have a Corebook Laptop for my eldest son and so far it is working fine. You just really need to take extra care on it so that it will last, it will deliver good results for a cheap price. Thank You LF.

Honestly speaking, the reason the corebook caught my attention was because of its glossy screen design plus that minimalistic feel to it that most premium laptops nowadays carry. The CPU may be shitty but at least the aesthetic of it was an enough sell for most consumers wanting that premium feel with thin bezels. Removing the glossy screen in favor of dual fans and a sturdier build made it too thick, I thought because of the "PRO" in it, they'll at least upgrade the CPU to at least a more recent gen of i5 or a higher end CPU altogether. This was the only "Pro" version of anything that made no actual sense to me nor any sort of merit going for it, and it actually felt more of a downgrade. Macbook is the northstar for chuwi and they simply added a 'pro' label on their laptops and actually removed any sort of resemblance to a macbook since it now looks like a regular run of the mill, mid range laptop. if people wanted an 'anti-glare' laptop holding a better CPU, a better quality, and a better brand going for it, for 30k+ pesos i suggest go for a different laptop. If i were to create a pro version of this chuwi laptop and still make it cheaper than the competition, i suggest replacing the chip with a newer gen, or if you want to save money on it use an amd chip but keep that dual fan since you can make a midrange laptop with an amd ryzen 5 for the same price but relying on fans. Stick to the design of the chuwi x ( i really liked its design if someone asks, especially that flexibility of the chassis), reduce the size of the keyboard since its the only distracting thing to the overall aesthetic of it, plus stick with the glossy design. Its not OLED but at least it feels premium for a cheaper price. Im in the market for a "Macbook" like device but housing windows without over emphasizing on their company's uniqueness (like most companies nowadays) and the non-pro version of chuwi almost took the cake. I didn't care if its defective rate is high, im willing to take that risk because it almost checked all my boxes. I was very excited about the pro version of this because i was expecting a different chipset with a dedicated gpu and it will finally check all my boxes but it sadly disappointed too much. Im hoping they'll read this comment just to remind them to know their market and stick with it.
