Those who are dreaming to buy ipad pro or any other tablet to replace laptop and use it for everything, trust me its a wrong decision. ipad pro is good for sketching, Ipad pro can be a secondary substitute, if you dont have macbook or laptops you wont get a good profits from ipad pro, ipad pro works great with macbook ( apple ecosystem), both together they do good job , so better focus on buying laptop first as a primary machine then buying tablets for all round things because photoshop of laptop still rule the world as compared to ipad pro’s photoshop app, it still lacks and u need to pay seperate, so don’t do this mistake as a beginner in design, buy a heavy duty laptop first or buy both if you can manage. Otherwise only iPad is not going to give you a complete life goal.

To be honest the point is when you want a laptop for powerful software the price starting from 65k for a average laptop And if we spent that much for only 5-6 years it's not worth but in big billion days or in student discount we get the macbook little bit cheaper and also free airpods with macbook and free pencil with iPad

The colour accuracy also is very important bcoz some laptops comes with 68% of srgb and 57% Argb which is not very accurate You can checkout the colour accuracy in the specifications of laptop Atleast 96-100 % srgb and 82%Argb but these are costly So you can choose according to that Btw nice video 🤩

I love your set up. You already have everything you need for productivity. Guess what. I use a 2011 imac for my personal work. The laptop with big sur you see on my desk is my company laptop. But my imac 2011 works as good in 2020 as well. I'm planning to move into affinity instead of adobe. Trying to be around mac ecosystem only for productivity sake. Trust me a windows laptop as good as a mac spec is more expensive than a mac. Cheers to your setup.

I agree that’s Window is as good as mac spec and available under a good budget. And Affinity designer, Photos, publisher is something which is a relief to many who don’t want to get into adobe subscriptions. I tried affinity and it’s good, I guess it’s produced by Apple. Thank you so much for loving the setup. Agreed for productivity apple ecosystem is alright and I feel it depends also. Some may love To be into windows. I realised the value of Window laptops when I needed to do Live stream with mobile gaming , My mac failed to render.so yes Windows are good too

I didn’t mentioned macbook air for a reason, because the Air segment in mac is getting over, It may look same but the processors gigahertz ratio will be less. That’s why I didn’t talked about it, and yes iPad is good for hand drawn but don’t expect photoshop and illustrator to be used as same as u use in laptops.

No don't go for any 2 in 1, few of my friends have like theses touchscreen one...and they are very disappointed especially with the zenbook duo...go for a normal one...but with with better core processor like i5 or i7 and good graphic cards one...furthermore talking about digital illustrations you have to buy a wacom or huion...drawing tables they are the best after ipad pro in the market.

I will suggest you to buy a laptops with good specs later get an ipad, ipad is good for digital drawing and can manage good edits also, I won’t say its less than laptops, i use ipad pro, but it completes my job when I sync ipad with my mac , only ipad is not sufficient. But ipad can do lots of job that is also a truth with out laptop. If you have mac and iPad together your mac can be used touch screen via your ipad via slide card features and photoshop shop becomes cake walk, and photoshop of ipad pro is not good as compared to laptop photoshop so thats why ipad is good but still you will need laptop for a primary substitute
