Yes! At least she accepted the two of them from the get go. On Guiding Light it took Rafe Rivera a long time to accept his Mother Natalia being with Olivia. If you can, check the episode where he's leaving for The army and he gives Olivia a tap on the shoulder and asks her to take care of Natalia while he's away. 😊

What does everyone make about the claims of charity Kidney Care UK claiming that the storyline and Carla's previous transplant was unrealistic in its timeline? I for one think that a line needs to be drawn somewhere. Yes, I love that they do their research into these stories, but think that dragging this storyline out like Pat Phelan's was would lead to a lot of viewers tuning out. Yes, transplants do take longer than is usually portrayed in soaps, but a storyline like this needs to watched by the general public if the message is to get out there and that won't happen if Carla's waiting a year for a transplant and the anxiety of these past weeks are stretched out. I have had a family member waiting for a transplant and he was lucky enough that a family member was a match and he didn't need to struggle to hold on. Sometimes, the usual wait is not the case.

Hopefully since they are releasing her, her condition is stable and now that she can do her dialysis at home. She should face no trouble doing it at work, as long as she feels confident enough.
