You act like it is a choice between the two. Just because she is with Kate should not mean it is non in void with her parents. Her parents chose to break that tie. Do you have any idea how horrible it would've been if they succeeded in getting her to that country? Women get stoned for shit like that.. Raped to get the gay out of them so no... I would not be on that train to be trying to contact them. Especially the lengths they went, and how quickly they disowned her.

Rana was closed to her parents before she met Kate and and she missing them no matter what they done they are still her family but she is with Kate now
