first we have to enter command -> php artisan vendor: publish it shows a list of tags then enter >13(tag 13) which is Laravel-error then go to views ,now you see a folder name error . then open file name 503.blade.php @section('title', __('Service Unavailable')) @section('code', '503') @section('message', __('Unavailable')) here we replace 503 with 404 etc. and replace unavailable with your message like get back soon .
