Filament is Amazing! One of the best thing it's for sure the huge Plugins section!

Filament and WP are still quite different. Filament is the set of components and iwn logic and style, while WP is a blogging platform full of vulnerabilities, exploits and shitty code. Unfortunately, WP is that popular because it requires zero configuration (that actually makes it shit). Creating stuff in Filament requires A LOT of knowledge in PHP

Meh, exploits are there for bad programmers and bad code is in bad plugins, not for the core. Wordpress is popular beacuse it is simple and its interface works for most cases. It allows you to put a decent website online spending little but it is the engine of large information portals, such as online newspapers, blogs and much more. Filament is an admin panel, Wordpress is a blogging platform with CMS features, two very different things suited for different purposes

@@samubella Assumptions will get you nowhere. Filament was once a admin panel builder, but they have conpletely shifted perspectives. I would strongly suggest you to not 'learn' anything using assumptions, you can't know what you don't know.

Why should Filament be a Wordpress alternative? WP is a blogging system and Filament is a collection of components.

@@pau1phi11ips Thanks for clearing that up. Wordpress, the blogging system that was never particularly good as such. Dilettantely tinkered with questionable extensions to become an all-rounder time that doesn't do any of its disciplines with any degree of quality for a very long. Anyone who uses Wordpress as a tool disqualifies themselves, in my opinion.
