I remember this storm so well. There was a young man that passed away in this storm. Once the storm ceased, he was able to leave the barbershop over on Hillside. On his walk home, he stepped into a large puddle which had a down powerline. He was electrocuted. Rest in Peace :( I remember hearing the sirens shortfly after I had just arrived to my bfs apt there on Marcella. Those streets were terribly flooded.

All for our "friendly" so-called "new citizens". This year was so hot the farmers could not harvest and need money from the government. And we have nothing to buy. I remember that afternoon. I think it was around 5 or 6 PM. I was going south on I-35 and had to take cover in a car wash. A bunch of cars huddled together under a canopy for about 45 minutes. It was pretty exciting, but a little scary.

Ethan B Thank you ethan 😊 I used a sony 4k camcorder the FDR-AXP33 its a good camcorder. But he is normaly not wather resistent, i think so. But in this storm it was completly soaked and maybe 30min after the storm it shut down and was not working anymore. Then i dryed it and it starts to work again without any problem 😁 and since this storm it was often wet but still working.

Alexander K. HP is a type of supercellular thunderstorm. They're usually big cells and the most intense ones compared to classic and LP (light-precipitation) supercells.

It’s not the same, know what you mean but with a microburst it just suddenly punches down with enormous force, winds all over the place, sounding like a load of trains running past close, screeching, howling. We got 2 inches of rain in 5 minutes today’s microburst. I’ve been in a hurricane too. 2 years late, used to live in Laredo, Texas and never had seen this footage. I actually lived there when this happened, I was stuck home for a good day, a few pick up trucks fell in canals and were swept by the current, the people driving could not see the canals because of the amount of water on the actual street. It was crazy and beautiful, since I truly enjoy thunderstorms. I don’t get them often where I live, and neither do they happen often back in Laredo, Texas.
