I remember this storm so well. There was a young man that passed away in this storm. Once the storm ceased, he was able to leave the barbershop over on Hillside. On his walk home, he stepped into a large puddle which had a down powerline. He was electrocuted. Rest in Peace :( I remember hearing the sirens shortfly after I had just arrived to my bfs apt there on Marcella. Those streets were terribly flooded.

It’s not the same, know what you mean but with a microburst it just suddenly punches down with enormous force, winds all over the place, sounding like a load of trains running past close, screeching, howling. We got 2 inches of rain in 5 minutes today’s microburst. I’ve been in a hurricane too. Edit: this is more like the one I was in today plus a hell of a sound kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYC2d5qLe72IedU We had two earlier this year as well, so inbetween I cut down all big trees close to the house and trimmed any likely to snap. Hid everything that can fly like pots, water cans etc
