Nice brick house before it was abandoned. Just making a guess here, as not familiar with that painting at 3:28, but it could be a copy of a work by American artist Margaret Hawley (born in Connecticut 1880 -died in NY City 1963) She had an art studio in Boston, and another in NYC. Mostly famous for portrait minatures but also did large paintings. Her work is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Smithsonian. The Cemetery documents need to be saved before that house is wrecked. If the Church is still functioning someone should just take the cemetery records and leave the rest of the rubbish. If it is no longer a viable church, Maybe someone from the local library or the Council could recover the records. It would only take an hour or two to grab the records and leave the rest. As a family genealogist seeing those records scattered makes me feel bad for the families connected to the cemetery. Thanks for the explore Brent! Great work as always. =)

An antipsychotic drug I'm sure glad you didn't run into them since it looked like they ran out of their meds. Its use to treat schizophrenia. There is so much that could be salvaged out of that house. The doors upstairs are so beautiful. The bathroom is nice. It's sickening that they are tearing it down for new construction that probably won't be half as nice or have any history to go with it.

Hey Brent! Great find and explore! Thanks for not going into the basement of the original part of the building! The contractor did an amazing job matching the brickwork of the addition to the original part of the house. It really makes me wonder how people can leave all that paper behind...banking documents, perhaps cemetery records - who knows. It seems pretty irresponsible if it had been a pastor and family who just up and left all that paperwork behind...unless of course something happened that caused a hasty departure.
