@@ShellieGeigle Actually I looked at your son and daughter-in-law's papers and I have chosen the same paper pad. I plan to use black and gold as layered colors and die cuts on some of the pages. My granddaughter got married this month and her brother is getting married in November. I am going to be one busy grandmother! Wish me luck!

@@Donna-uq7sx you’ll do great. Just remember if you used same foiled paper as me, use scor tape for foiled pages. The glue shoes through on those prints.

Hello Shellie, this is a lovely album. Well done Honey. I like to give you advise on your outside cover where the paper crack when you fold it around the edges and also on the spine part where you fold it. Before you fold the cardstock or paper around the edges put glue on the inside. Direct on the inside edge where the chipboard are. The glue wet the paper and make it to fold easy without cracking. Even at the spine where you space it away from the chipboard. The glue on the inside hardend also the paper and help with wear and tearing during handling. As you know when you wet paper with water and it dry, the paper become hard. The clue do the same thing. Keep up the good work I love your albums. Thank you for the free tutorial I truly loved it. If your fabric tac is getting to thick you can add a little Acetone to it. Acetone is one of the ingredients in it. Just be careful and add a little at a time. The album is so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️

On your inside pages you have us score then on the 11" side but then you score them on the 8 1/2" side which is the only way they will work. Don't get me wrong I LOVE this album and think you!!

I use a mixture when making albums. I always use scor tape in the binding and on that spine. I’ll use it to adhere main pages but also use glue on things. They are both important when making albums in my opinion. .

If your fabritac is getting gloopy (it usually does once you get halfway through a bottle. You can add some acetone to it and give it a shake, to thin it out a bit. I add a little at a time until I get a smoother consistency (how it is when you first opened the bottle. I believe it's air in the bottle that turns it thick and gloopy. Acetone is one of the ingredients in fabritac.

You can also use that square tan bumpy adhesive eraser on this glue, just let it dry and you can erase any of this glue that ends up where you don't want it. Just make sure it's completely dry before doing this.

Hi Shellie. Good morning. I was just excited to receive my order yesterday but when I opened it the paper pack which I ordered was not the one your store sent me. I’ve ordered for Heartfelt creation Tender moments paper pack and had waited for this a long time to be available in your store. When they notified me, I placed my order immediately but to my dismay the paper pack that they sent me was woodsy wonderland which I didn’t ordered and don’t even have seen in any of my search. I checked my order and it was changed because the rest of my order was written in blue and this woodsy paper paper pack was in black. I have waited for Tender moments paper pack a long time for I am preparing an album for my grandson. I just don’t know how to address this problem. Please help! Thank you!

Hi. Everyone constructs mini albums differently with hinging system they use. I've always done it like this and it holds. Don't use 65# weight cardstock. Use heavier weight.

I had to ask my husband what 2mm thickness was in the measurements I use. He said 2mm is equivalent to approx 1/16" thickness. You should be fine using what you have.
