Restrictions about flying in populated areas, or flying too high. The camera on a hobbyist drone is not a telephoto lens. Flying at night sucks. Flight times might be around ten minutes. To actually takeoff from your backyard and chase after a distant aircraft you won't be doing that with any cinematic drone. Also don't do that because it's illegal.

That would likely be the best way to find the source. A professional night vision drone hired by the PD follows them home. But if they land somewhere remote might be hard to track which vehicles on the ground in the area picked them up. But still the safest way to track them IMHO. The PD or other gov resource would have to have ready such a resource and be able to get on scene on time. That would be very hard. LOL decaded N.J. State Troopers antiDrone squad. LOL.

What's with the crazy lights on them and why are they popping up everywhere all of a sudden? These sightings based off my observations watching foreign news channels have increased 30% right after fears of WW3. It's not a coincidence either. The crafts seem to be mostly interested in nuclear area and they seem to be interested in the nukes underground in new jersey. If you mean the footage at 1:38, that is actually what they look like, which is understandably confusing because at a glance they look like a plane. But the red/green FAA lights aren’t always the same color or in the same configuration. Some have bright white strobing lights as well. People are seeing fixed-wing craft, NOT quadcopter type drones. Sometimes the craft are silent, other times sound like various jets (though very quiet for the low altitude they’re at), or propellor craft. It’s all very confusing.

@@ChainShrine Red/green lights are always in the same place and have the same colors because they're used for taxiing and to determine if a plane is approaching you. They have to be the same to comply with FAA regulations to prevent accidents. I've serviced planes for a long time; they're always the same. They also always have bright strobes as anticollision measures, both white strobes and red ones that indicate the engines are powerd. It's not always the same pattern but they always have them, even small fixed wing planes. If there are exceptions to this, they're experimental aircraft, but they can't operate in normal airspace because the different configuration of exterior lights would confuse air traffic controllers and pilots.

I'm one who doesn't automatically leap into the assumption that every UFO is necessarily of a non-prosaic origin... A grounded believer if you will. I think that's the situation with all the current drone sightings. They appear to me to be man-made. The giveaway are the identification lights on these craft - they look FAA-compliant. If these were anything OTHER than man-made craft, why would they even bother to have those rather convenient lights as fixtures? The questions we should be asking are who or what's controlling them, why they are where they are, and how do they get these things to stay in flight for such long durations? On that last note, these drones (in theory) will need to come down at some time. Someone needs to track them and find out where these things land.... and I don't just mean the authorities.

I live nearby Edwards AFB in California and since activity has been ramping up in both the Middle East and Ukraine, I've been noticing more of these as well as fighter jet training. But police and military don't usually tell people what they are doing anyway - whether it's drone work or other types of work that they do unless they need to tell people. They know that most people will just accept them saying they don't know what it is which means they can keep doing whatever it is they are doing . The lights could be for all kinds of reasons - plus they'd want to make sure that nothing accidentally crashed into them

And in a situation so illogical without explanation you cant come to any conclusions on this matter. Even if they were military why are there so many? Youd think just a few of the drones they would be testing would be enough. But theres a whole armada of them. If its so top secret why have so much visibility? If its from adversaries why havent there been any accusations? And why havent they taken action against them? If its ours why do they fly out to the coasts and into the ocean? If they are aliens why take thanksgiving off? Nothing about this whole situation is adding up by any means no matter which way you try to look at it. All i can say is hopefully with time we have more answers so we can draw the proper conclusions.
