I love this apartment! This is one of my favorite apartments to decorate for families. I used to have a washer and dryer in the basement … that was miserable. We have a laundry room now - which is love! It’s a great size with a lot of storage, but I would love it even more if it were upstairs. I would take a small laundry space upstairs, vs. a large one downstairs.
