These are the best large scale gardening tips for beginners and experts alike that I have learned over a lifetime of growing a large garden in Nebraska.
Our garden is just over a ½ acre and our hardiness zone is a 4B, which means our growing season is fairly short. We can and preserve a lot of food in the fall to fill our large pantry that holds over 3,000 quart jars. If you’re interested in the homestead lifestyle, increased food security and preserving old fashioned skills, then we would welcome you to follow along with us.
