I have experienced this KLPD by my ex gf. I introduced her to my family, she enjoyed her time with me for over 5 years and when it was time for her to introduce me to her family, she said that her parents are too conservative and she doesn't want to hurt their feelings and broke off to marry another guy of their choice. The story behind the dialogue "ladies first". Two lovers who were in love with each other once decided to get married. But, due to the social circumstances their relatives didn’t approved their marriage proposal. In the wake of this, they decided to die together and so the plan of throwing themselves into the sea developed. The man decided to go first because he couldn’t see his lover drowning in front of him. And thus, he jumped into the sea first. Neeraj Pandey needs a good editor and assistant director for continuity. The continuity mistake at 08:36 where her hand is at Manoj Bajpayee's shoulder magically disappears in the next frame. This can't go unnoticed. A lot of mistakes like these were also seen in M.S. Dhoni - The Untold Story. He has amazing plots but needs a good technical team too.

But, at last i personally think she did the right thing and saved atleast 4 family's lives. After divorce there will be no value for their relationship.
