UK was active in the Sea and in Africa against Rommel army. Canadians were included in UK air forces. USA opened the second front against nazi only in autumn 1944. Why so late? Because USA is the second Germany indeed. The most large population in USA are germans, it's about 50 millions! German language could be the state language of US! Of course USA helped USSR with military equipment, but did this for gold. At the same time little Mongolia gave thousands of horses, winter clothes and food free of charge. Only two nations fought openly against nazi. USSR and UK. Approximately 30% of former Poland army was included in Red Army, and they fought bravely. And 30% of UK pilots were from Poland also. Great Red Army and Poland army got the Victory in Berlin.

Наполеон пришёл в, России с армией в 600т , а ушёл с 20 тыс. Вот его армия и самоуничтожилась. Основные силы Гитлера были уничтожены Россией. Все европейские страны и двух месяцев не продержались и быстро сдались. Высадка союзников в Нормандии в 44 произошла только тогда когда немецкие войска фактически уже были уничтожены войсками советской Армии. Заслуги Запада нет совсем. Она минимальная. Из всего делаем вывод, именно Россия лучшая страна в мире по отваге и силе военного оружия. Остальные и близко не стоят.

It I guess all boils down to Hitler losing troops in the West to allied troops or getting captured and in the East to the Russian weather and the Russians and their allies. He over reached himself, often ignoring his generals, by the end. Interestingly Putin has lost a few generals as war casualties and sacked some.....I wonder...🤔

This is a great idea; however, your methodology is inconsistent. Why is Ney's army different than that of Napoleon? Either provide the strength of all combatant French Marshals or provide that of Naploeon. Napoleon had far fewer troops in 1815 than he had at the commenecement of 1812, so which time are we talking about? Why do you break down the Red Army of WW2 by Marshals and not do the same with Germany? Also, the French flag in the Middle Ages was blue with gold fleur d" lys on it.
