Totally spectacular!! I've seen a few Concorde models but this one is beyond amazing, and a truly excellent flight with perfect landing. Even the 'droop-snoot' is fully functional too. Just guessing but - perhaps $16,000 or more just on the JetCats alone! Great video Horst :)

Beautiful! One little thing: Concorde took off with nose raised and landed with nose drooped; the angle of landing meant that the pilots could not see the ground if the droop-snoot was up.

It did! They had to drop the nose so the pilots could see during take off and landing.

I can’t imagine the presence of such an rc aircraft! Great approach & landing too!🍺 Am I hearing it right at 4:17? When listening with headphones, the aircraft makes this low humming noise - which reminds me of the Hawker Hunter making aerodynamic howling noises when it’s flying beyond a certain speed - It’s called ‘’blue note’’ I think when this one flies low & high speed, it’ll be the first RC aircraft with an clear-audible aerodynamic HOWL! I hope the pilot will do this one day!

Derselbe Erbauer/Pilot, der vor einigen Jahren mit der kastrierten Mustang "Galopping-Ghost" mit einem speziellen 6-Zylindermotor von Hans Kolm den Geschwindigkeitsrekord für Prop-Modelle gebrochen Hat (Die Modellbauer auf DMAX)?

Vielen Dank für deinen tollen Kommentar. Ja, das ist Otto Widlroither mit seiner Concorde. Ist immer noch die selbe, aber jetzt mit erweiterten Details und als British Airways unterwegs. Die Galloping Ghost hatte einen 4 Zylinder Reihenmotor verbaut. Den 6 Zylinder gibt es nur als Boxer.

I just feel like these large RC planes don’t fly to scale if that makes sense. They fly like fighter planes which to me ruins the realism.
