I cannot reccomend enough the "better heavy female body" mod by Dirk. It completely changes the fat distribution and makes plus sized sims look actually realistic!

13:46 there is a mod that changes the shape of the stomach to look more realistic as well. I believe it’s a slider mod but I saw it on a couple YTs channels. Oshinsims, Fantayzia (I believe) and UrbanSims for sure.

I had all the CC added and Mods. I was like why does my game look so bad. I realized I forgot to reconnect the reshade. There really is no going back when you add the visuals. It’s such a game changer and worth taking the time to figure out.

I would recommend "Pearly Whites version 2" by Ice Cream For Breakfast for teeth replacements. I think they'd better suit your needs, because, truthfully, your default teeth look like EA's teeth to me, I can't really see a difference.
