Thank you, I live very close too but haven't been down for ages so this was the perfect place to test our drone flying.

I explored this bridge where possible, and the remains of the Stonehouse viaduct about 4 years ago. A good day out.

Nice work with some really neat flying under and in to the girders. Also enjoyed the Brunty videos of XS904, I was fortunate enough to visit the collection there last year for a photoshoot.

Thanks Roy, I am the secretary of the Lightning Preservation Group so let me know when you are going back down and I will meet up with you, give you a special tour. This is a wee bit slower than a Lightning :)

Thanks @@scottxs904 and greetings from Strathaven. Yes, I had a look at the LPG website after watching the videos and spotted a familiar name!

I like how unconcerned the Jackdaw (?) on the right-hand rail from 5:08 is.

Excellent video! Great that this viaduct survived, unlike it's near neighbours at Stonehouse, Blackwood and Tillietudlem. Let's hope that money can be found to repair and paint it and eventually incorporate it into the walkway.

I remember watching coal trains from the window of my old primary school. Can’t remember if there was passenger trains. Circa 1964
