lol i have a lion kigarumi i bought at walmart for 20.00. but i play a lioness cat person in game (their race is called kithrix) (her name is nimble)and at night i'll come out in just the kigarumi and ppl will freak out because she is 'naked'. so nighttime has now become known as 'nimble streaking time' at my larp lol

best spending I had: An IT-tent. That was quite a lot of money but worth it so much. Haveing a good nights sleep at a long con is totaly worth it and it enables us to build a nice campside with our group. Haven't had a lot of spendings on armor jet, as it's either selfmade or still work in progress. And a lot of other usefull stull I have around anyway.

Great video as always! Where I live, Kigu's are almost a necessity in the fall/winter months. Our last event in October I think I was the only person not freezing in camp because I had one on in a sleeping bag under three heavy quilts. As for the feather collar, I made my own from strung rooster hackles dyed with Rit dye, sewn together with a ribbon for my crow lady.

Dorkazoid There are large communities of people who incorporate role play into their "relations" outside of Larp, so as long as it's always between two consenting adults, it seems like a natural subcategory of existing communities. I am largely asexual and so I can't speak to this from personal experience but my community tends to be honest and upfront about who they are, and very respectful. Because Larp communities attract people from all walks of life, they tend to be less judgmental of anything that isn't abuse or oppression. In other words: the story you heard doesn't mean that you would ever be pressured into anything you didn't want to do. At least not in my experience with a healthy community. If you do encounter being pressured, I would urge you to trust your gut and get out of that situation ASAP.
