However, it's seems to me he is embarrassed by the fact his mother had kids out of wedlock let it go. My mom was a single mom and life goes on. It's my understanding the sisters are trying to get financial POA to her estate which includes her catalogue. They say Jackie has medical POA since 2006 and keeps her doped up. Especially whenever it's time to go before a judge to see if POA is still required. But Denise name is listed on some of those sings. Twinkie thought enough of them all to file all her music with the Library of Congress naming the sisters as owners also. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU WANT FROM THE WOMAN? Or unless you're full of Hell I can see why they feel they deserve what is not theirs.

I have been in the Church most of my 58 years on this earth. I've been a Minister of Music for over 35 years. I have taught and played, and Usher people into Worship through their music, that touched me so deeply. We Love you, your Mother Denise, and the entire Family. I have to change my comment denise was criticized in this movie but the way ppl exaggerated it wasn't that bad except the funeral scene but who hasn't fought with their siblings only thing i do have a problem even if y'all wasn't gonna show her getting married or proposed too they should've showed her send dr clark photos of the wedding or something but they do have to pay for all the film they use now if they would just come out and say we know our sister was married we just didn't put it in the movie and we never want people to think we're downgrading our sister because that is our sister and we love her and we are in contact with our sister and mean it like have her come on dorindas show to talk to the people that would make it all right but you gotta say it publicly and you gotta show that y'all are talking because other wise it's deception and i love dorinda she my #1 fav but this left a bad taste in my mouth for her because she didn't address it and say they not degrading Denise at all and that she is in contact with Denise because she needs them with all this criticism she is facing now just like they are

I don't get what this guy is saying. He is going all over the place, in circles, saying nothing. What was his point?? No bio-pic is 100% accurate. His mother did a 4 part interview last year that put everything out there. So, again, what's his point? Most families have some mess. Any family with more than 3 kids has issues. Just check out Thanksgiving dinner when these kids are grown. Each member has their own perspective on what has happened. Folks need to stay off social media and not read all the salacious mess. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Sin is sin! I thought the only reason Denise's kids being born out of wedlock was brought up in the movie, was as an explanation for her leaving the group. That's all. I didn't look at Denise any differently than the other sisters. This is a big to do over nothing.

I just watched your interview , and I have a few thoughts to share , first of all, I applaud your love and respect for your mom , and you coming to her defence in regards to the film , but taking into consideration that the film was not a full length feature , lots of events were not gonna be recorded and played in the same light as you might have heard or remembered it ...bearing in mind that you would have been only a child when some of these incidents occurred .. , Moving on from that however , I believe that instead of trying to explain or straighten whatever facts you deemed necessary to us total strangers , I think this kind of thing should be kept in house , ie discussed in and around family , even things that you thought were unfair in the movie , and some of the stuff you were making hints about , is unnecessary in this forum ,, it’s Family Business , Full Stop ,, you needn’t have to justify any of this to strangers on KZbin , I believe that the legacy of your family is well respected internationally and personally I’m not interested in what happened behind the scenes , because it’s nothing to do with me , I will still have the same respect for the entire family including your mom ...their contributions to gospel music is legendary , and it will forever be that way in my heart .. I believe there is healing to be done as a whole , and I think we as people of colour need to check ourselves when employing these kinds of platforms to solve issues in our personal lives ... I appreciate you taking your time to clear things up , bu5 I think that hour would ve been better spent mending fences in whatever small way you can , with your family privately ...
