I met him. At the 'Bottom Line' in NYC way back in 73' What a cool dude !! The 'Eleventh House' really brought the house down that night. Miles Davis was in the audience. I loved that place .. the 'Bottom Line' on Houston and the 'Village Gate' on Bleeker. ~🎷🎸🎺🎹🎤🥁🪘🪗🎶

I remember Julian playing the bass for his Dad when he was like, 13 or so, he was so good back then. Larry's a great guy. Thanks Alphonse, I cant wait to here it. I'll check his dates to see when he's playing near Worcester. Best wishes and much success to you all.

Ted Cabana You're welcome. Yeah Julian graduated from Berkeley Music School when he was 16 or 17 years-old. Both he and his older guitar-playing brother Murali are very talented. They both have their dad Larry Coryell's DNA. Can't go wrong with that!

@@written12 Not kidding. Back in the day, some clubs would do two sets, if you went to the first show, you could usually stay for the second on. Watched the opening act twice, left for Leo's second act. He came out in a clown suit, .....was horrible

One of my favorite guitarists of all time. Because of Larry Coryell, I met Julian Coryell and I ended up doing an album at Julian's Studio in Venice, CA. It's the best album I have ever made in my life and it's the 10th album. Julian plays Bass Guitar and Keyboards and Co-Produced it with me. What an experience, WOW!
