"removed for copyright despite them already being on KZbin". Do you have the copyright for the clips? If so I would check the contract you signed with the studio. If not, you got nothing to complain about. You don't have the copyright therefore you are not allowed to copy without the express permission of the owner of said material. Just because someone else already abused the copyright doesn't mean you now have the right to copy. It continues to amaze me how few people understand simple copyright these days. Copy-right, the right to copy, you buy the right to copy from the creator, or its owner, in order to have the right to copy. I know novel idea, it's only been around for a few hundred years.

Tipping in the US is some bullshit. I've had a person, who had a job at an upscale dinner theater in my hometown, tell me that when the bill includes a mandatory "gratuity", they don't actually see any of that. What?! You expect me to pay the waiter another tip on top of the one included in the bill?
@GatorWinup8 ай бұрын
That is fraud to the consumer and probably provides a cause of action to the employee... If one is charged a tip and pays that, when it actually is not a tip, that's fraud, obtaining money under false pretenses.
@Brandon-j8c7 ай бұрын
If the server doesn’t see any of the mandatory gratuity (do you mean this as in if it’s a party of six or over for example?), but whoever serves this party is entitled to that gratuity and if this person did not then the management is the villain and stealing their tips.
@charlesajones777 ай бұрын
@@Brandon-j8c Yes, it was specifically if it was a party of a certain size or more. Unfortunately, this was over 25 years ago, and I have long since lost touch with the person. I do know that the theater is still open, but I don't know anyone that works there anymore.
@ISpitHotFiyaa2 ай бұрын
That person's either lying or they're getting ripped off - either way it's not your concern. A mandatory gratuity is a gratuity. You don't need to tip on top of that. You can if you want but nobody is expecting it.

Does it not cross her mind that dry glasses don't leave rings. Either get a glass topper or cover for it if it's so important to you. Or better yet, put it away when there's a party, tell everyone at the top of the party, hang a sign.
