Now that sounds like home. My grandparents used to live on Glendale Road. I miss Marblehead. ❤

Dan, thank you for this. My Grandpa (Glover Rogers born on Franklin Street) and Larry were 2nd cousins. Grandpa went to visit Larry in Florida a year or so after Larry retired. My father spoke often about going to the Rodgers Ice Cream store when he was a boy when his family vacationed in Marblehead each summer in the late 30's and 40's

On of my earliest memories is a visit to Rodgers Ice Cream shop with my brother in his baby carriage. Thanks for doing this interview.

Fantastic Dan. I now wish i had taped my interviews with Harriet Bull, Marie Adams, Dorothy Caswell, Mrs Thompson, Chris Brown, Carl Coffin and a few others who are now not with us , but i have the interviews written, and many pics, so i think we will be able to put something together for the Museum this year for the project we are working on for 2020.
