Thank you so much ANDREASOCKY for posting this. I missed this when it was on tv. I love Yanni and have seen him in concert 4 times so far. I met him at a biik sighning, and he told me I had a cool name. I count it a blessing that I got the chance to tell him how beautiful his music is, and how much we appreciate his talent, and he REALLY listened to my words. It didn't matter that there was a long line of people waiting to talk meet him. He was really sweet and nice. I also took a picture w/him!

I loved the last time I was at Philadelphia spectrum where I was escorted to the front because I got you flowers for a picture of you holding them up and i left my camera at my seat but I did it up close and have the memory

It's hard to imagine, but touring is one of the loneliest things a solo artist can do. With a band, it's easier because you all have each other to distract from the home sickness that starts to set in. All those inspirations that create the music is often left behind at home when they're out on tour, and that's when the energy starts getting sucked away. Definitely something to consider.
