Excellent model mate. That would of been pricey 😮 Love it 👍 David Parsons, the farmer from Tasmania, was a very underrated driver. Thanks for showing us 👍

It is a pretty nice one 👌 1/18 scale is definitely not cheap to collect but like most of my 1/18s and 1/43s,I lay-by them.I have a few on lay-by at the moment, one’s another model by CC and another with LP’s name on it but it’s a Ford Mustang he co-drove with Dick Johnson at Sandown in ‘85. David Parsons isn’t a big name but he was a great co-driver. It got a bit confusing in the V8 Supercars when another David Parsons was racing … so the original from Tassie was Skippy and the other was Truckie.

@@MarksDiecastAndResinScale You know your V8 stuff 😉 Skippy did drive as a co driver, but he had his own Commodore in 1983 I look forward to seeing your laybys 👍

@@bigkeg9173it was a bit ignorant to refer to Skippy as just a co-driver. I do have some Classic Touring Car Races DVDs and sure David is in at least one of those race videos driving his own car (or a Roadways car 🤔) .. it was a Commodore. I started out with the Touring Cars at Bathurst in the 70s and still watch the Supercars today. I’ll have to get some cars out of the cabinet to do videos too, mixed in with the new lay-by’d cars.
