Hello again, everyone! This is Rudolph Wilkins with Forgotten Fitness and today I would like to break down one of the most obscure exercises I have ever discussed on this channel. That being Larry Scott’s Seated 2 Arm Lo Lat pull in, and yes, this is the correct spelling. This exercise has rather quickly become one of my favorites as it combines two very effective low lat exercises into a single, smooth movement. In addition to my normal video features, such as an explanation and demonstration, make sure to stick around until the end to see a recorded demonstration by Larry in the flesh! BTW I saw a Larry Scotty article where he talks about using MCT oil to stimulate fat burning on a low carb diet, looks be be from the 80s or 90s. Wild to think he had so much knowledge before anything like that became common.

Yes, all these back movements with the scapular rotation have an advantage when it comes to hitting the low and mid back.

Wow I almost missed viewing this gem of a video. Great execution of technique and form . Wonderful exercise to develop lats. Rudolph I thoroughly enjoyed your lecture and video content. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the Bronze,Silver, and Golden Era exercises.

It was collaborative. Vince introduced Larry to many exercises. This one, as well as other movement’s utilizing scapular rotation, were popularized by Larry. Also, Vince liked using the Racer handle for low rows like this.
